Journal Article 2025 07 09 <strong>Background and aim</strong>: Generation Z students have a profound impact on the current educational environment, and the extent of this impact is such that they cannot be expected to adapt to the traditional school environment. This generation has specific characteristics, expectations, and preferences in the contemporary educational environment, and their effective<br />leadership requires a precise conceptual recognition by educational administrators. Therefore, in this regard, the present study aimed to design a leadership competency model for Generation Z students in secondary schools in Kurdistan province.<br /><strong>Data and method</strong>: This research was conducted using a qualitative approach and a phenomenological method. The sample included 20 university professors in the field of educational sciences and managers with executive experience in the field of education in Kurdistan Province, who were selected purposefully. Thematic analysis was used in two stages to analyze the research data.<br /><strong>Findings</strong>: Based on the analyses conducted, the conceptual structure of the findings was organized into three levels: basic themes, organizing themes, and overarching themes. A total of 5 overarching themes, 13 organizing themes, and 85 basic themes were identified. The five overarching themes included: transformational and forward-looking leadership in education, supporting infrastructure and resources necessary for implementing competencies, professional and personal competencies of managers, human resource development, a learning organizational culture, and the ultimate outcomes and effectiveness of programs.<br /><strong>Conclusion</strong>: According to the research findings, it is suggested that the country's education planners and policymakers use the model presented in this research as a basis for training, appointing, and also succession planning of future managers of the education system.  <strong>زمینه و هدف:</strong> دانش‌آموزان نسل «زِد» (Z) تأثیرات شگرفی بر محیط آموزش‌وپرورش کنونی دارند و میزان این تأثیرات آن‌چنان است که نمی‌توان انتظار داشت که آنان خود را با محیط مدرسه هماهنگ کنند. این نسل ویژگی‌ها، انتظارات و ترجیحات خاصی در فضای آموزشی معاصر دارد و رهبری اثربخش آنان نیازمند بازشناسی مفهومی دقیقی از سوی مدیران آموزشی است؛ بنابراین در این راستا پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی مدل شایستگی رهبری دانش‌آموزان نسل «زِد» در مدارس دورۀ دوم متوسطۀ استان کردستان بود. <strong>روش:</strong> این پژوهش با بهره‌گیری از رویکرد کیفی و روش پدیدارشناسی انجام گرفت. جامعۀ مشارکت‌کنندگان شامل بیست نفر از استادان دانشگاهی در رشتۀ علوم تربیتی و مدیران باسابقۀ اجرایی در حوزۀ آموزش‌وپرورش استان کردستان بود که به ‌صورتی هدفمند انتخاب شدند. برای تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش از روش تحلیل مضمون در دو مرحله استفاده شد. <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> بر اساس تحلیل‌های انجام‌شده، ساختار مفهومی یافته‌ها در سه سطح مضامین پایه، مضامین سازمان‌دهنده و مضامین فراگیر ساماندهی و درمجموع پنج مضمون فراگیر، سیزده مضمون سازمان‌دهنده و 85 مضمون پایه شناسایی شد. پنج مضمون فراگیر شامل رهبری تحولی و آینده‌نگر در آموزش‌وپرورش، زیرساخت‌های حمایتی و منابع لازم برای اجرای شایستگی‌ها، شایستگی‌های حرفه‌ای و شخصی مدیران، توسعۀ منابع انسانی و فرهنگ سازمانی یادگیرنده و پیامدهای نهایی و اثربخشی برنامه‌ها بود. <strong>نتیجه‌گیری:</strong> با توجه به یافته‌های پژوهش به برنامه‌ریزان و سیاست‌گذاران آموزش‌وپرورش کشور پیشنهاد می‌شود که از مدل ارائه‌شده در این پژوهش به‌منزلۀ مبنایی برای تربیت، انتصاب و همچنین جانشین‌پروری مدیران آیندۀ نظام آموزشی استفاده کنند. https://ise.cfu.ac.ir/article_4402_b9085cc909d778d6ad6eb057e421163c.pdf
