The era of information technology and the emergence of artificial intelligence have influenced various dimensions of society. Education and learning represent one of these dimensions. Intelligent learning has demonstrated remarkable results across diverse communities. The objective of this research was to examine the role of artificial intelligence in personalizing education. The foundation for enhancing learning quality and developing 21st-century skills was also investigated. This study utilized relevant Persian and English literature. Results indicated that artificial intelligence employs complex algorithms. This technology transforms assessment methods and learning environments. These changes lead to improved personalization of education. Artificial intelligence creates interactive learning environments, enables collaborative learning platforms, and develops 21st-century skills in learners. Based on the findings, the implementation of artificial intelligence in education is recommended. In this regard, artificial intelligence-based programs should be formulated, and technical skills alongside personalized learning styles should be strengthened. Furthermore, the present research demonstrates that integrating artificial intelligence into educational systems requires appropriate technical infrastructure. Additionally, establishing ethical guidelines for using artificial intelligence in education and protecting learners' data privacy are essential requirements for the successful implementation of this technology in the field of education, as it enhances critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication, fostering the multidimensional development of learners in the current digital era.
