چکیده

هدف: هدف از این پژوهش اثربخشی آموزش مهارت جرئت‌ورزی بر سازگاری تحصیلی و خودکارآمدی تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان پسر دچار اختلال یادگیری خاص بود.
روش: روش پژوهش نیمه­‌آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون با گروه گواه بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی دانش‌آموزان پسر دورۀ دوم ابتدایی دچار اختلال یادگیری خاص در سال تحصیلی 1402-1403 شهر خرم‌آباد بود. از میان جامعۀ آماری، 28 دانش‌­آموز پسر دچار اختلال یادگیری خاص به‌روش نمونه‌گیری دردسترس انتخاب شده و به شیوۀ تصادفی در قالب دو گروه آزمایش (14 نفر) و گواه (14 نفر) گمارش شدند. گروه آزمایش تحت آموزش هشت‌جلسه‌ای جرئت‌ورزی مختار معتمدین (1387) قرار گرفتند. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از پرسش‌نامۀ سازگاری تحصیلی بیکر و سریاک (۱۹۸۴) و پرسش‌نامۀ خودکارآمدی تحصیلی مورگان- جینکز (۱۹۹۹) جمع‌­آوری شدند. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون تحلیل کواریانس تک‌متغیره و چندمتغیره (MANCOVA) استفاده شد.  
یافته­‌ها: نتایج حاصل از تجزیه‌وتحلیل یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که آموزش مبتنی بر مهارت جرئت‌ورزی بر سازگاری تحصیلی و خودکارآمدی تحصیلی دانش­‌آموزان دچار اختلال یادگیری خاص مؤثر است (۰۵/۰p<).
نتیجه­‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج حاصل می‌توان گفت ازجمله آموزش‌های مؤثر و کارآمد در جهت تقویت سازگاری تحصیلی و خودکارآمدی تحصیلی دانش­‌آموزان دچار اختلال یادگیری خاص، آموزش مهارت جرئت‌ورزی است.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: Children with a specific learning disorder, despite having normal intelligence, are not able to progress academically in the fields of reading, writing, and mathematics. The purpose of this research was to determine the effectiveness of assertiveness skill training on the academic adjustment of students and academic self-efficacy with special learning disabilities.
Method: The research method was semi-experimental with a pre-test and post-test design with a control group. The statistical population of the research included all elementary school students of the second year of elementary school with specific learning disabilities in the academic year of 2022-2023 in Khorramabad city. From among the statistical population, 28 students with specific learning disorders were selected by available sampling method and randomly assigned to two groups: experimental (14 people) and control (14 people) groups. The experimental group underwent 10 sessions of assertiveness skill training. Research data were collected using Baker and Seriak's (1984) academic adjustment questionnaire and Morgan-Jinks (1999) academic self-efficacy questionnaire. In order to analyze the data, univariate and multivariate analysis of covariance (MANCOVA) was used.
Findings: The results of the analysis of the research findings showed that training based on assertiveness skills is effective in improving academic adjustment and academic self-efficacy of students with special learning disorder (p<0.05).
Conclusion: According to the results, it can be said that, among the effective and efficient trainings in order to strengthen the sense of academic adjustment and academic self-efficacy of students with specific learning disorders, assertiveness skill training is.
